【Introduction】
RB-H85 is a quats modified hydrophilic silicone oil.with high cost performance and can be diluted easily. It can provide instant hydrophilic and superior softness and smoothness of all kinds of cotton fabrics.
【Characteristics and Advantages】
(1) Good hydrophilicity, easy to repair;
(2) Give fabric soft, delicate, smooth and plump feel like baby's skin;
(3) Good stability, high temperature resistance, acid resistance, weak alkaline resistance, salt resistance, shear resistance;
(4) Very low yellowing, nearly no effect on the color shade or fastness of colored fabrics;
(5) Excellent anion resistance, can be compatible with OBA in one bath;
(6) Environmental products and, free of APEO, formaldehyde, organic halides and heavy metals.

Take an example of 1000KG solution:
1. Put 200KG RB-H85 , 100KG emulsifier and 3KG glacial acetic acid(HAC) into the reactor ,and stir for 30 minutes.
2. Add 80kg water① into the reactor and stir until it becomes homogeneous and transparent.
3. Add 200kg water② into reactor and then stir for 15 minutes;
4. Add 100kg of water③ and stir it for 10 minutes, then add another150kg of water③ and continue stirring it for 10 minutes, the left water③ should be added and stir it until it becomes homogeneous and transparent.
5.Filter for using.
Stirring speed:700~1500 RPM.
Padding process: its emulsion（30%）10g/L-50g/L.
Exhaustion process: its emulsion（30%）1-5% o.w.f
