【Introduction】
RB-C80 is a block silicone oil with high shear stability
【Characteristics and Advantages】
(1) Imparts soft handle to many types of fabric;
(2) Easily formulated into a stable microemulsion;
(3) Both Padding process and Execution process are applicable;
(4) Suitable for soft finishing of pigment printed fabrics;
(5) The treated fabric is less yellowing and less hydrophobic than corresponding fabric treated with conventional amino functional silicone;
(6) The treated fabric can be evenly re-dyed after appropriate stripping.

Take an example of 1000KG solution:
1. Put 260kg water①,270KG RB-C80 and30KG emulsifier into the reactor ,and stir for 30 minutes. 2. Add 6KG glacial acetic acid(HAC) into the reactor and stir for 15 minutes;
3. Add 80kg water② into reactor and then stir for 15 minutes;
4. Add 80kg of water③ and stir it for 10 minutes, then add another120kg of water③ and continue stirring it for 10 minutes, the left water③ should be added and stir it until it becomes homogeneous and transparent.
5.Filter for using.
Stirring speed:700~1500 RPM.
Padding process: its emulsion（30%）10g/L-50g/L.
Exhaustion process: its emulsion（30%）1-5% o.w.f
【Package】125kg or 200kg plastic barrel or IBC ton barrels.
【Storage】Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. One year of storage period.
