【Introduction】
Crosslinking agent JL-508 is a one component crosslinker without benzene solvent and plasticizer. By mixing with PVC coating agent, it can quickly produce crosslinking reaction with resin at high temperature.

【Usage】
Used for PVC coated waterproof cloth, PVC conveyor belt or PVC artificial leather.
【Dosage for reference】
Processing process:
Add the crosslinking agent JL-508 to the PVC coating agent at 3-10%, stir it evenly, apply it on the base cloth, and then dry it (drying temperature is generally 130-160℃) and plasticize it (plasticizing temperature is generally 170-220℃), and the oven time is generally50-90s.
Note:
(1) After adding crosslinking agent, please use it within 1-4 hours.
(2) The fluidity of this product will deteriorate at low temperature in winter, and it will return to normal after mixing, without affecting the product quality.
