【Introduction】
Crosslinking agent JL-506 is free of o-phenylene plasticisers. By mixing with PVC coating agent, it can quickly produce crosslinking reaction with resin at high temperature.
JL-506 is very compatible with the base paste of DOTP plasticisers and does not react violently at room temperature, the paste does not thicken rapidly.

Processing process:
Add the crosslinking agent JL-506 to the PVC coating agent at 3-6%, stir it evenly, apply it on the base cloth, and then dry it (drying temperature is generally 130-160℃) and plasticize it (plasticizing temperature is generally 170-220℃), and the oven time is generally50-90s.
Note:
(1) After adding crosslinking agent, please use it within 1-4 hours.
(2) The fluidity of this product will deteriorate at low temperature in winter, and it will return to normal after mixing, without affecting the product quality.
