【Introduction】
Crosslinking agent JL-501 is a crosslinking agent. By mixing with PVC coating agent, it can quickly produce crosslinking reaction with resin at high temperature.

【Usage】
Used for PVC coated waterproof cloth, PVC conveyor belt or PVCartificial leather.
【Dosage for reference】
Processing process:
Add the crosslinking agent JL-501 to the PVC coating agent at 3-8%, stir it evenly, apply it on the base cloth, and then dry it (drying temperature is generally 130-160℃) and plasticize it (plasticizing temperature is generally 170-220℃), and the oven time is generally 60-90s.
Note:
(1) After adding crosslinking agent, please use it within 1-4 hours.
(2)The fluidity of this product will deteriorate at low temperature in winter, and it will return to normal after mixing, without affecting the product quality.
