【Product  Description】

  The non-ionic silicone surfactant with super extended wettability can reduce the surface tension of spray liquid more quickly than the traditional additives. At 0.1% concentration (wt.), the surface tension of water can be reduced to 20.5mn/m, which can effectively reduce the contact angle between spray liquid and leaf surface, thus increasing the coverage of spray; It can promote the absorption of pesticide spray by leaf stoma, achieve the rain erosion resistance, and thus increase the effectiveness.

【Application】

  1、As a barrel mixing agent: the recommended dosage is 0.01～0.1%, PH is 6～8, and the best effect is within 24 hours.

  2、Added in pesticide preparation: since organosilicon surfactant will hydrolyze under acidic and alkaline conditions, the PH can be adjusted to 6.5～7.5 through slow-release agent to achieve the best performance. The recommended dosage is 0.1～5%.

  Usage:generally, 5g ZS-520 wetting agent (4000 times) is added to every 20kg of spray liquid, and it can be used immediately after mixing. If it is necessary to promote the absorption of internally absorbed pesticides, further improve the efficacy of pesticides or reduce the amount of spray, the dosage of ZS-520 wetting agent should be appropriately increased.

  In general, the dosage is as follows:

  When using, first dissolve the pesticide, add 80% water to mix, then add ZS-520 wetting  agent, and then add it to 100%,mix the water evenly. It is suggested that when ZS-520 wetting  agent is used, the water consumption should be reduced to 1/2 (recommended) or 2/3 of the conventional dosage, and the dosage per unit area can be reduced to 70～80% of the conventional dosage. The spray speed should be appropriately accelerated by using a small aperture nozzle.

【Packaging and Storage】

  (1) Packing: 20L and 200L plastic drums and IBC ton drums.

  (2) Storage: It should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from acid and alkali, and away from fire source. The storage period is 24 months.
