【Product Description】

  (1)  Silicone leveling agent with defoaming effect. It improves the solvent-free and solvent-free surface properties, with special emphasis on leveling. Contrary to most silicone additives, it works in defoaming mode (that is, no or only a little foam stabilization), depending on the polarity of the coating system.

  (2)  BYK-323 increases surface smoothness, thus improving scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, preventing the formation of Bernard vortex and improving the orientation of aluminum powder and matting agent. The additive does not cause sparkle even when it is difficult to extinction the high solid system.BYK-323 can stabilize the curtain in the flow coating system.

  (3)  BYK-323 is still heat-resistant when the baking temperature reaches 250℃/ 480°F and will not reduce the interlayer adhesion during recoating.

【Application】

  The recommended dosage is 0.01 ~ 0.3% of the total formula, which can be added at any stage of the production process or later.

  (1) Packaging: It has 25L and 200L plastic barrel packaging and others.

  (2) Storage: It is non dangerous,shall be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from acid and alkali, and away from fire source.The effective storage period is 1 years.
