【Product Description】

  (1)  It can reduce the surface tension of the coating and provide a high-efficiency silicone surface additive with good substrate wetting and good shrinkage cavity prevention performance for substrates that are difficult to be wetted. It also increases the surface smoothness, scratch resistance and anti adhesion. Improved dust and spray acceptability and allowed higher film thickness to remain on vertical surfaces.

  (2)  It reduces the air flow sensitivity in wood coatings and furniture coatings, prevents the formation of Bernard's swirl, and improves the orientation of matting agents.

  (3)  It has excellent wetting, smoothing and wear-resistant properties, making the coating ink smooth, improving the gloss, orienting and leveling the pigments and fillers, and improving the scratch resistance of the coating.

【Application】

  The recommended dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.5% of the total formula, which can be added at any stage of the production process or later.
