【Introduction】
  Wet rubbing fastness improver agent sm-2020 is a waterborne polyurethane polycation compound, which has excellent wet rubbing fastness improvement effect. It can cross link with the active groups on the cellulose fiber and form a film on the surface of the fiber by self crosslinking. It can significantly improve the wet rubbing fastness of direct, reactive and sulfurized dyes when dyeing deep color on the cellulose fiber, especially dark black, bright red, turquoise blue whose wet rubbing fastness can be improved by 1-2 grades.

  dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → two dipping and two rolling (temperature: 15 ~ 20 ℃, rolling rate: 70 ~ 80%) → drying (100 ~ 120 ℃) → baking (150 ~ 160 ℃) × 90sec）

  Dipping process:

  softener              1-2% （o.w.f.）
  Bath ratio: 1:10-20
  dyed fabric (pH ≤ 7) → impregnation (25 ℃) × 20 ~ 30min) → drying (100 ~ 120 ℃) → baking (150 ~ 160 ℃) × 90sec）
