  Special softener for cotton S-007 is a high-grade softener made by high-speed emulsification of block silicone oil. It is suitable for smooth and skin friendly finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics. The finished fabric has clear evenness, small shade deviation, soft, delicate and smooth handle like baby skin.

【Usage】

【Dosage for reference】
  Padding Process: 8~12g/L
  One dip and one rolling → drying (100-120 ℃) → baking (150-180 ℃) × 90s）

  Dipping process:  0.8~1.2%( o.w.f ) 
  Temperature 25 ～ 50 ℃ × 20 ~ 30min, dehydration, drying, setting 150 ~ 180 ℃ × 90s

【Storage】Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. Half a year of storage period
